I want to have a religion but I can't really place myself into any religion I know of. I believe/agree with bits of some of religions but not enough to be able to say I am a believer of that religion. I wish I could say I am a Buddhist or a Christian or a Muslim or a Hindu but I'm not anything. A while ago I thought it would be better to just create my own religion which I did but attempt. Anyway the question is how do i find a religion? Since there's no where I seem to fit 100%

I would forget about names like Muslim, Christian, Buddhist for now. These are just labels. Labels that divide us, religion should unite us; all of us.

Try to see what all these religions teach. Try to get to the heart if the religions. Truth is the 5 precepts of Buddhism are very similar to the Ten Commandments of Christianity. What is the basis if all these religions. Kindness, compassion, doing the right thing. They all have these basic ideals to them. Try to just simply be those ideals, embody the core of these religions. If you can do this, what you call yourself, the label you put on yourself, doesn’t matter.

"My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness." Dalai Lama

I hope this helps or at least doesn’t add to your confusion

The whole “women against feminism” thing is honestly ridiculous. Just because you don’t feel oppressed doesn’t mean that oppression isn’t all around you. I know I’m late, but happy #womensequalityday. We’ve come a long way, but we still have a long way to go. #feminism

Breaking news: White fuckboys on twitter bitching how funny it is that Beyoncé is a feminist when she and her dancers were provocative and half naked. Despite feminism being about empowerment and a woman’s right to do whatever the hell she pleases with it, they just don’t seem to be able to grasp this concept.

In other news, men still don’t know what feminism is, still bitter that they aren’t Beyoncé and still making themselves look like asses on the internet.

And now the weather.

I bet 5 minutes later they slid up in some DM’s asking for nudes

you know these assholes had NO PROBLEM with anything in her show until that word popped up

it’s not nudity they have a problem with

it’s a woman who is empowered and in control of how when and why she dresses and dances how she wants

when their precious male gaze is questioned or dismissed, suddenly she’s a terrible feminist, and they try and shame her for the very thing that was turning them on seconds before
